A current production and concept model has won the 2016 GOOD DESIGN™ award from the Chicago Athenaeum: Museum of Architecture and Design and the European Centre for Architecture Art Design and Urban Studies. The Ioniq and Vision G Concept models have been honored with this prestigious award, which celebrates designs that are anything but ordinary. The GOOD DESIGN® is the oldest and most distinguished design-awards program worldwide and is now in its 66th year. Besides its one-of-a-kind design, the 2017 Hyundai Ioniq is the first eco vehicle in the world to offer three different electrified powertrains on a single vehicle platform.
